Web Content Producer
(Poznan)

Main duties:
Applies web content production experience, organization and time-management skills, and existing systems and processes to deliver the highest quality online content projects on behalf of our business partners, ensuring that these projects are in line with corporate and business strategies and standards and meet the needs of our website users. Contributes to relationship management between Website Management group and content owners, primarily Marketing.

• Responsible for understanding and evaluating proposed business objectives and requirements, using organization skills, systems and defined processes to post content to the web and identify potential business or technology issues with requests.
• Responsible for gathering business content and requirements to produce online content and campaigns.
• Responsible for managing content production processes; multiple business requests and coordinating resources within the User Experience and Web Development groups.
• Responsible for basic understanding and application of the following to projects: content production processes, legal compliance, Internet technologies, usability, information architecture, web design, web metrics reporting tools, and search engines.
• Responsible for understanding of business, Marketing, content management, and technology strategies.
• Responsible for understanding and addressing legal compliance issues pertaining to Website Management production and maintenance projects.

Generally works under the guidance of a Manager, and in some cases a Sr. Business Analyst or Business Analyst

Expectations:
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related fields.
• Requires 1-2 years experience in website management and/or production environments.
• Requires understanding of Internet and website management technologies.
• Requires understanding of Content Management systems and application to content production environment.
• Requires some exposure to JSP, JavaScript, HTML (various versions), multimedia technologies, and other related technologies, as well as understanding of databases, servers and basic Internet concepts.
• Experience with interface design, site architecture design and usability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Outlook
