Customer Service Specialist with Greek language

For our client, an International Corporation providing professional services in support of business processes, currently we are looking for candidates for the position of: Customer Service Specialist with Greek language Location: Katowice Ref: JO-1403-282472 Type of responsibilities: • Responsible for the operational tasks of orders or claims processing in the system, accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target • Deliver different order to cash processes KPI’s • Be in touch with local Customer Service organizations, warehousing and distribution, Transportation Tower • Review and solve tickets in Customer Relationship Management System • Ensure efficient customer service processes Requirements: • Very good knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of English • Problem solving and decision making ability • Analytical skills, multitasking • Ability to work with various IT applications (Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage) • Customer service orientation • Ability to work effectively under pressure The company offers: • Possibility of professional development in the field of accounting and finance in the international structure of the company • An independent and responsible job • A private medical care • Additional life insurance • An extensive package of additional services If you are interested please send your CV to: beata.oczkowicz@cpljobs.pl
