Senior Supply Chain Analyst

For our Client, international well known organization, with the structure more than 220 thousands of employees around the word and operations center in Katowice Poland with  100 employees to date managing the daily transport orders across the European Supply Chain, for its new Financial and Logistics Centre, we are currently looking for Candidates for a position of: Senior Supply Chain Analyst Miejsce pracy: Katowice JO-1403-280966 The Senior Supply Chain Analyst supports the Planning Manager in the execution of supply plans for a given portfolio of products (FMCG). He/She analyses forward rolling 24-month demand and supply balance and he/she proposes actions to deliver the required service, inventory and cost targets. Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly Rough Cut Capacity Planning (Rolling 24-months) for designated PLTs : Provide 24 month rolling capacity updates (Highlighting new constraints and changes to Capacity forecast) and forward view of constraint resolution, risks, and concerns to ensure capacity is available to meet forecast - Weekly review of sales and production plans to monitor conformance with targets and take mitigating actions after agreement with Planning Manager. - Monitor KPIs (Customer Service, Sales Forecast, Stock, Obsolete) for designated PLTs and track losses, drive root causes analysis and propose remedial actions - Support business growth by challenging and interacting with planning teams. Propose, agree and follow up on actions. - Propose actions to avoid or reduce obsolete and monitor slow moving in the company. Follow up on the implementation. - Challenge planning teams on volumes and assumptions behind plans. Check on the main deviations on a weekly basis. - Support Planning Manager in the volume allocation process. Support implementation of various projects (e.g. LCBM, Smart complexity, Planning system improvement,…) Requirements: - University degree, Supply Chain and/or Logistics. - Supply chain (APICS etc) qualification would be an asset - Very good systems knowledge (Excel, VBA, SAP, APO, R/3 BW) - SAP APO experience would be an asset - High analytical skills - Consumer & Customer Fosus, Bias for Action, Accountability Responsibility. - Fluent English, very good communication skills Company offers: - Very good working conditions - Private health care - Multisport Card - Possibility  of work in an international company - A friendly working atmosphere If you are interested please send your CV to beata.oczkowicz@cpljobs.pl
