Technical Support Analyst

For our Client, international corporation from IT sector, specializes in developing software products, we are looking for:

Technical Support Analyst

Location: Poland

Main duties:
• deliver post-sales support and solutions to the customer base while
• provide support to customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting guidelines
• resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance
Requirements:
• One year experience with Oracle products
• Technical degree
• Proficiency in both English and German is a must
• Escalate calls to the appropriate level, in a timely manner
• Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:
- SAN switches: Brocade, McData, Qlogic, Cisco
- Unified Storage Solutions (NAS): – EMC, Exadata
- HBAs: Qlogic, JNI, Emulex
- Oracle/Sun Legacy NAS products line: SE52x0 and SE53x0
- Heterogeneous platforms and networking skills
- Oracle Storage Midrange & Volume Products (6xxx Series, 33xx Series, J4xx)
- Enterprise Support Skills (Hitachi 99xx)
