Position available from 09.2013 DURATION: minimum 5 months HOW MANY HOURS? full time, 40h/week The tasks are varied: - Check-in/Check-out - Inicident Management: Provide solutions for unforseen events like late check-out, extensions or early departures - Interacting in a courteous and professional manner with guests and hotel staff - Assisting in taking reservations - Cooperation with Reservations, Public Relations and other departments to coordinate tasks - Answering questions relating to the hotel, the premises, events and leisure offers in Barcelona - Complaint management, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times We are looking for:  Studies: Business, Languages, Tourism  Languages: VERY GOOD SPANISH + ENGLISH We offer:  Remuneration: 270€/month + accommodation + food  Interesting tasks, international and pleasant work environment Before you start recruitment process, please check with your school if they would accept UNIVERSITY AGREEMENT which need to be signed up at the end of recruitment process.
