Senior Procurement Expert (Oil and Gas Industry) - Vienna, Austria
Job Description:
Preparation and execution of pipeline construction-related pre-qualification and procurement tenders including: pre-qualification questionnaires, invitations, scope of work documents, instructions to tenderers; managing in-house preparatory works (evaluation scheme and methodology, internal discussions, documentation supporting relevant decision making processes
Participation in respective negotiations with suppliers and other stakeholders in the procurement process
Work closely with the Technical Department and Legal Department of the company in drafting construction service contracts and related documentation, including procurement related agreements
Construction-related procurement planning and reporting
Job Qualifications:
University or college degree (Engineering / Economics)
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in construction / energy industry
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project
Fluent English
Strong project management skills and experience
Strong team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment with heavy work load
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
Ability to efficiently share and manage available time
