Country Manager ( e-commerce )
Job Description:
Managing everyday operational activities of the company
Developing and implementing ideas that improve the efficiency of everyday processes within the company (information management systems, business process as such etc.)
Coordinating integration of the IT systems for the Poland market
Participating in development and implementation of marketing strategy of the company
Providing periodic market researches and overview of the tendencies in the market
Analyzing and evaluating the operating results of the company
Representing the company and coordinating relations with third parties
HR management and employee recruitment
Skills Required:
Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent field
Critical mind, project management skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills
Experience in e-commerce will be regarded as an advantage
