Our Client is currently looking for:

Team Leader (IT)

Responsibilities:
-Manage the team of 3 IT Support Engineers.
-Assure the quality of the team’s work delivered and actively propose improvements of processes, tools and organization.
-Develop the team and implement changes to improve the service quality and efficiency.
-Provide service desk and second level support for CIS operated infrastructure and services, like MS Windows based client computers and servers, MS Active Directory,Lotus Notes based e-mail, smartphones (Blackberry, iPhone and Android), network etc. according to the IT Service Management processes based on ITIL.
-Provide second level support for Lotus Domino/Notes e-mail and application servers, as well as Lotus Notes client application.
-System Administration in an enterprise IBM Lotus Domino / Notes / Sametime environment.
-Implement changes and other tasks on IT infrastructure as part of projects, services and operations.
-Prepare technical documentations for tools, services and processes in English.


Requirements:
-A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position.
-Fluent English.
-Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
-Lotus certification, e.g. IBM Certified Administrator
-Microsoft certification, e.g. MCSE, MCITP
-ITIL Foundation certificate
-Experience with the following technologies and tools:
Lotus Notes / Domino / Sametime
MS Windows 2003 and 2008 R2 Server
MS Windows 7
MS Active Directory 2003 and 2008
Blackberry Enterprise Service or other smartphone services
Scripting
