Job Description:
Experience in all main purchasing and subcontracting functionalities especially:
EDI/IDoc handling (to Support SCM 01)
Printing
Goods receipt processing with inbound delivery
Subcontracting (including component shipment to Vendor)
Return to Vendor
MM-PUR-VM Pricing and Master data like info records
MM-PUR-GF Release Procedure
MM-PUR-REQ Purchase requisition
MM-PUR-OA Outline Purchase Agreements with Vendors
MM-PUR-PO Purchase orders
MM-PUR-RFQ RFQ and Quotations
Technical knowledge (Userexits, SAP Forms, Reports etc.)
Knowledge of the touch points to the modules SD, FI-CO, MM and PP (MRP!).
Job Qualifications:
Full life cycle implementing SAP (ideally in CPG environment), one at least as Team Lead
Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
Familiar with international project/business environment
Need to be able to communicate with Business at all levels
Training skills, coordination experience
Strong team player
