PKI Infrastructure Engineer
(Warszawa)

How the role adds value
• The successful applicant will be expected to perform 1st, and 2nd level Business-As-Usual support of the PKI services provided as part of IT Security Department’s remit to deliver Operational Security across the bank.
• Tasks include processing 1st and 2nd level requests which include the processing of requests for both internally produced Entrust certificates as well as external Verisign certificates sourced through our managed PKI. It also includes ensuring that all aspects of the PKI workflows are successfully completed.
• The role holder will work closely with other areas to provide root cause analysis for any incidents that occur.
Required experience
• Understanding of digital certificate methodologies and Public Key Infrastructure principles
• Experience of working in an IT Security department
• Operational experience in the distributed environment
• Ability to plan and execute workload in a pressurised, dynamic environment
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
• Team orientated, customer & process focused
• Highly motivated self-starter able to deliver under stress and pressure
• Ability to influence both team leaders and service managers to achieve best solution
• Optional: Windows Server Knowledge
