IT Support Engineer

Our Client is currently looking for: IT Support Engineer Responsibilities: - Provide second level support and service desk for MS Windows based client computers and servers, MS Active Directory, Lotus Notes based e-mail, smartphones (Blackberry, iPhone and Android), network etc. according to the IT Service Management processes based on ITIL - Microsoft client and server security management based on Microsoft WSUS. Analyze security newsletters, test patches in the environment and ensure distribution in the network - Implement changes and other tasks on IT infrastructure as part of projects, services and operations - Support global rollout projects like Active Directory Migration, Windows 7 rollout and other projects. - Management of the software packaging and lifecycle process in cooperation with external service providers for the corporate applications portfolio. Prepare packaging instructions and test cases, perform test cases and distribute packages with Frontrange DSM/Enteo - Prepare technical documentations for tools, services and processes in English - Security management for hardware and software. Analyze information sources from suppliers regarding upgrades and security patches and make appropriate recommendations - Provide training for local IT administrators (English) Requirements: - A minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar position - Experienced in working in an international company - Fluent English - Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences, or equivalent - Microsoft certification, e.g. MCSE, MCITP - ITIL Foundation certificate - Working experience with the following technologies and tools: MS Windows 2003 and 2008 R2 Server MS Windows 7 MS Active Directory 2003 and 2008 MS WSUS MS Office 2010 Lotus Notes / Domino / Sametime Blackberry Enterprise Service or other smartphone services Software packaging Scripting Region: Warsaw Contact: kariera@dynaconsulting.pl
