We are looking for:
RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Location: Warsaw
Key responsibilities include:
- responsibility for full recruitment process
- headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
- receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates
- developing long-term client and candidate relationships, resulting in sustainable business and loyalty from both, clients and candidates
- advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media (e.g. newspapers, websites)
Expectations:
- Higher education, education in HR will be a plus
- Experience in recruitment area min. 1 year
- Ambitious, enthusiastic candidates
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English is a must
