International Recruitment and Business Development Consultant
The Role:
Reporting to the Business Manager in Poland with dotted line reporting to the President based in the US, you will be responsible for:
Developing Key Accounts within the Polish market, as well as looking for opportunities to expand within CEE
Presenting Chronos Consulting to potential new customers and following up to secure new business
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing, candidate identification, interviewing, reference checks, to closing the offer
Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates
Conducting CEE wide market research to identify new opportunities for business development and working with colleagues in other offices for lead generation
Maintaining existing and developing new documentation related to the recruitment process as well as new business development
The Requirements:
4-6+ years experience in a service based business development role with 3+ years recruitment experience.
Bachelors degree in Business or HR preferred.
Well developed negotiation, client management as well as written and verbal presentation skills
Experience establishing and maintaining international client relationships at all levels within an organization
Ability to work independently and as part of an international team effectively communicating with others and building trust and credibility with the team
Self starter with the capacity to drive and follow-through with processes and projects
Fluent English plus any additional European language a plus
