Recruitment Coordinator – German Speaker

Main responsibilities: - Coordinate logistic and administration of recruitment process for our Client in Germany - Act as a main point of contact for Recruiters, Managers and Candidates with regards to recruitment process related issues - Communicate with all parties on recruitment logistic and administrations, ensuring smooth and effective cooperation - Manage the scheduling of all interviews of external and internal candidates, ensuring both candidates and assessors are fully briefed - Collect feedback from Recruiters and Hiring Manages after interviews and upload in relevant hiring system - Post all open positions on the Client or external careers sites in a timely manner - Maintenance and daily usage of Client recruitment tools and systems - Ensure hiring system used by the Client is updated with regards to status of recruitment processes - Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis of the recruitment process logistic and administration on Clients request Personal specification: - Fluency in German and advanced English - Very good organization skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Client oriented attitude - Energy, positive attitude and drive for success - Experience in customer service or administration in international environment would be very beneficial - Experience in BPO/SSC/RPO would be an additional asset What we offer: - Friendly and open atmosphere in the team - Development alongside top professionals in Krakow Center of Excellence - Stimulating job in multinational environment - Challenging projects - Competitive salary and benefits - Private medical care - Sport card Should you be interested in this role, please send your English CV via https://2xrecruit.kenexa.com/kr/cc/jsp/public/EmailJobDetail.jsf?npi=98DDC497C26E1575969E7A621BEEF933&rand=4E3B409CE267C545CF281C9468720ED7 Reference Number: 52639
