Responsibilities: • Building and keeping good relationship with customers • Cash allocation - all AR related entries • IC reconciliation, • Order management, • Dispute management • Customer account reconciliation • Dunning letters generation • Working on unallocated/unidentified items • Query handling - customer related • Looking after accounts, payments, account reconciliations Requirements: • German fluent, English advanced (both speaking and writing) • Good communication skills • Advance English and good German language knowledge (spoken and written) • Very good experience in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word) • Knowledge of Oracle R12 (accounting software) would be an advantage • Understanding of O2C related matters would be an asset • High self-motivation to deal with nonstandard tasks • Analytical skills required
