Responsibilities: • Perform accounting tasks • Making sure that customer is respecting payment term • Communicating with customers in daily basis • Month closing tasks • Ensuring that service quality is maintained • Taking care of timely settlement of all client instructions • Processing of claims as well as reporting to clients and internal contact persons • Responsibility for assigned KPI’s to meet customer needs Requirements: • Very good knowledge of Dutch and English • Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel • Good analytical skills • Excellent customer service approach • Attention to details • Strong numeracy and administration skills • Previous experience of working within accountancy will be a strong asset (although it is not necessary)
