Responsibilities: • Validate entitlement request for contract registration for completeness • Coordinate ordering of all contract elements • Process billing initiated via entitlement registration according to contract terms • Handle customer disputes • Process contract termination • Perform contract elements reconciliation Requirements: • Very good knowledge of Danish and English • 1-2ys of experience in AR • Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel • Good analytical skills • Excellent customer service approach • Attention to details • Strong numeracy and administration skills
