Our Client - the market leader in the telco sector is currently looking for:

Regional Director Poland – Telco/Networking Vendor

Job Description:
Managing all operations in Poland
Developing sales strategy and making recommendations for supporting organisation
Building sales teams and encouraging team working
Building strong performance to provide excellent quality service to customers
Making commercial and business related decisions in the interest of the organisation
Networking and forging relationships with customers at all levels
Conducting contract negotiations
Managing sales pipeline
Ensuring and driving the profitability of the Eastern Europe business
Creating sales tactics, strategies, plans and targets for profit
Keeping track of new business opportunities in targeted markets

Skills Required:
Proven sales success within a business-to-business sales environment
Experience in developing, coaching and motivating a high performing sales team in a competitive and results driven environment
People management skills including recruiting and performance management
Evidence of strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise, multi-task and delegate workload effectively
Professional and clear communication skills, both verbal and written
Customer focused with the ability to network at high level and build strong business relationships.
Proven objection handling, prospecting and negotiation skills
Ability to lead through vision and values and align performance to ensure success
Proven experience of preparing and implementing business plans.
Ability to travel up to approx 60% of time or as the business demands
Leadership and people influencing skills
Ability to operate effectively with colleagues, clients across Europe, Asia and US
Responsible for positioning properly the company according the targets of the Group Experience
At least 5 years relevant experience in business to business knowledge based creative company or similar position within industry
Fluent in English
